Bored. The stores are a must see. They are changing. Frankfurt is terra-forming so quick its crazy. The price of everything is going through the roof. The bigger brands are sliding in now. Are you wondering where the deals are. Surprisingly enough, there are special events such as flower markets, farmers’ markets and of course one of Germany’s biggest traditions is “the Christmas Market.” Each event varies depending on the season and location. Every town has their own thing going on. And in some place the awesomeness is wrapped in that tows traditions. First place to look is the town squares to find out what they are doing on the weekend, mostly on Sundays. Make it a date and together take a swipe at getting a good deal in a cute place.
Don’t be alarmed if you see ferris wheels, cotton candy and bumper cars. Sometimes it will look like a festival and feel like a big secret party as you elbow through a town flooded with people from all over. Almost seems like everyone else was informed about the event except you. These events when you find them are always worth the visit. Walk around and explore. The authenticity of some of these towns is astounding.
We will always keep you posted with activities going on in and around Frankfurt.
